Meadowview Regional Medical Center is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to grow the primary care base in Maysville. The physician will have options of employment or join an existing private group practice. With a strong and clinically-leading hospitalist program in place, the physician can have tremendous confidence in the quality of care for their admitted patients. Both traditional or outpatient settings are offered. Meadowview Regional Medical Center, a 100-bed acute care facility that is Joint Commission-accredited, provides medical services to a seven-county area. The hospital is a five-time winner of the 100 Top Hospital award. In 2009, Meadowview completed a $6 million dollar renovation to the Emergency Department. Services include 24-hour ER, six-bed ICU/CCU, and Diagnostic Imaging that includes X-ray, 64-slice CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Radiographic/Fluoroscopic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine and Digital Mammography. Over six hundred miles of trails provide a quiet escape to remote places for hikers and horseback riders with winding rivers and gentle streams. The 269-mile Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail extends the entire length of the Daniel Boone National Forest.
